Design and Sizing of Mechanical Systems
The design and sizing of Mechanical Systems are a decisive phase in the technical success of a project. Our methodical approach is based on a thorough evaluation of thermal, hydraulic, and aeraulic requirements, allowing us to propose tailored, reliable, compliant, and durable solutions.

We operate across all mechanical-related  installations : Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning (HVAC), Sanitary plumbing, Water distribution, Air treatment, Smoke extraction, Specific industrial works, and specialized systems for sensitive environments — particularly in the Healthcare, pharmaceutical, food processing, and wellness sectors.

Our areas of expertise include:

  • Advanced thermal, aeraulic, and hydraulic analysis Thermal and energy assessments, load calculations, dynamic modeling of indoor environments, and CFD simulations when required.
  • Precise network sizing Flow rate calculations, velocity, pressure losses, pipe and duct sizing, and network balancing to ensure comfort and energy efficiency.
  • Technical definition and equipment selection Heating and cooling production units, air handling units (AHUs), pumps, heat exchangers, ventilation units, and control devices, all chosen for their efficiency, durability, and ease of maintenance.
  • Air treatment in controlled atmosphere zones Design of dedicated systems for risk levels 2, 3, and 4 (according to the classification of controlled contamination environments – healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, food processing):
    • Differential pressure control (positive or negative pressure as per process requirements)
    • High-efficiency filtration (HEPA/ULPA), high air exchange rates, particle control
    • Strict control of temperature, relative humidity, and CO₂ levels
    • Integration of fresh air, recirculated air, or laminar flows to prevent cross-contamination
  • Regulatory compliance and safety Strict adherence to health and safety regulations (ISO 14644, NF S90-351, EN 13779, etc.), RE2020, and applicable hygiene and safety standards for critical areas.
  • Energy optimization and innovation Integration of high-efficiency technologies: energy recovery from exhaust air, variable airflow systems, and smart BMS/automation for dynamic system management.

Design and Sizing of Electrical Systems

The design and sizing of Electrical systems are a key component of the overall performance of a building’s technical installations. Our approach combines methodological rigor, foresight of user needs, technological integration, and adherence to the most demanding standards, with a focus on safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Our design office develops customized solutions for a wide range of environments: commercial buildings, industrial sites, public-access facilities (ERP), hotel complexes, and wellness establishments (SPAs, thermal centers, etc.).

High Voltage – Power Distribution Systems :
